Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside.

This cat/kitten is purchased as a Pet ____ Breeder ____ Show ____ ** Seller does not promise any show wins.

If purchased as a Pet, purchaser agrees to have this cat/kitten altered by a vet of their choice by the age of 6 months (or within 30 days after purchase if a cat), and agrees and guarantees that this cat/kitten WILL NOT be used for breeding.

If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, purchaser will surrender this cat/kitten to seller, unconditionally.  All fees associated with recovery of this cat/kitten will be the responsibility of the purchaser including all court costs and attorney fees.

This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival.  Purchaser must take this cat/kitten to a vet of their choice within 72 hours from time of arrival for an overall health check.  Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void.  It is required that this cat/kitten be "quarantined" for this 72 hours.  It is recommended that this new cat/kitten be separated/quarantined for 2 weeks.  If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to seller immediately.  Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value or the purchase price (less shipping) will be refunded.  If no replacement is available at that time, seller will have 6 months to furnish satisfactory replacement.  The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another cat, which has not been currently tested for FeLV/ FIV & FIP.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.

This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for 6 months.  Should cat/kitten die within that time period as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat/kitten will be replaced ONLY after a licensed vet performs an appropriate necropsy and a vet’s certificate is provided as proof of cause of death.  A replacement will be made of a cat/kitten of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the breeder. 

This contract is legally binding to all parties involved.  It applies only to the buyer and seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.   The buyer will pay all legal fees incurred in upholding this contract.
